|
In 2004 the Institute for Operations Research and
the Management Sciences (INFORMS) will introduce its 11th
peer-reviewed journal, Decision Analysis. Decision Analysis is a
quarterly journal dedicated to advancing the theory, application, and
teaching of all aspects of decision analysis. The primary focus of the
journal is to develop and study operational decision-making methods,
drawing on all aspects of decision theory and decision analysis, with
the ultimate objective of providing practical guidance for decision
makers. As such, the journal aims to bridge the theory and practice of
decision analysis, facilitating communication and the exchange of
knowledge among decision analysts in academia, business, industry, and
government.

Information Systems Research

ISR (Information Systems Research) is a leading international journal of
theory, research, and intellectual development, focused on information
systems in organizations, institutions, the economy, and society. It
is dedicated to furthering knowledge in the productive application of
information technologies to human organizations and their management

INFORMS Journal on Computing
|
INFORMS Journal on Computing, published quarterly, contains a wide
range of papers on the broad intersection of OR and computing. In
addition to research articles, there are special papers in a variety

reviews, state-of-the-art reviews, and research perspectives. Specific

Management Science, published monthly, is a scholarly journal

cases, spreadsheet applications, review and opinion articles, resource
reviews, and discussions of the impacts of new technologies and new
methods of assessment on OR/MS education.

Interactive Transactions of OR/MS

Established in 1996,
the INFORMS electronic journal Interactive Transactions on OR/MS (ITORMS)
uses the interactive medium to deliver timely and updated
information employing not just the textual and graphical format but
also other visual and algorithmic information. ITORMS features
original scholarly articles and bibliographies that provide a
perspective on the OR/MS discipline and exploit the interactivity
offered by the Internet.
Special Note: The last volume (Volume 4) of ITORMS was published in
2001. Please be advised that you may continue to access the valuable
archive of articles contained in all three volumes of ITORMS. Each
published paper is available in two versions. The archived form is the
reviewed version that was accepted. A continuously updated version is
maintained by the author(s).
